HOW IT WORKs
1. Upload Your Photos
After your order is placed, you’ll receive an email with a link to your Product Design page. This is where you’ll share your cherished memories with us by way of photo upload(s) and notes.
2. Approve the 3D Proof
Your dedicated designer takes the photo(s) you uploaded, and puts their heart and soul into a product worth your praise. Once done (typically 1-2 days), they’ll send you a link to an accurate 3D proof of your one-of-a-kind piece. You’ll have the option to either approve or add comments for the designer.
3. Get the Real Thing
Once approved, we get right to work on your custom piece. There are several steps and we go to great lengths to make sure it’s perfect. The manufacturing & finishing process takes roughly 2 weeks.
